Needy Support Centre is a community-orientated charity that aims at building and boosting the education and economic wellbeing of all needy persons in society. It was established in 2004 and registered in 2005. Its passionate call to support, educate and empower needy people has resulted in establishing income generating activties to help orphans and caregivers in Uganda to improve their livelihoods. This has helped our members to gain confidence, independence, empowerment, experience, skills and sense of ownership and responsbility. The centre also supports widows, single mothers, youth and the eldery; some of Kampala's most vulnerable community members. The center is located in Nakawa, Kampala, Uganda. GOALS OF NEEDY SUPPORT CENTRE

To provide counselling, care and support to the needy people of society such as victims of HIV/AIDS, human rights violations, single mothers, widows, youth and the elderly
To support needy persons to gain economic independence by supporting their income generating activities
To support needy persons in obtaining an education
To support needy persons in accessing their basic needs such as food, shelter, and medical care
